Example workflow
Start from a pre-filled idea, run the synthetic team, then turn the verdict into a plan.
Idea / prompt
Team
Pre-filled project ready to run
A pre-filled idea runs through a synthetic team and turns into a report with concrete next steps.
The problem
Most product decisions are made alone — or in meetings that take weeks to schedule.
Solo founders
No board. No advisors. Every decision runs through the same two or three people — often just one.
PMs at large companies
Weeks aligning stakeholders. By the time everyone agrees, the opportunity has moved on.
Everyone
Gut feel, incomplete information, whoever spoke loudest. Good ideas killed. Bad ideas shipped. No paper trail.
How it works
From idea to Go/No-Go in minutes.
Describe your idea
Write what you're building, what problem it solves, and who it's for. Attach files if you have them — documents, data, research, specs.
Your expert team assembles
TOFO builds a team of synthetic experts tailored to your domain — a CTO, a financial analyst, a skeptic, a growth PM. Each one thinks differently. Each one has a distinct point of view shaped by your industry.
They analyze, debate, and disagree
Every expert analyzes your idea independently. They challenge each other's conclusions. A skeptic always looks for what's wrong. No groupthink — ever.
You get a Go/No-Go with real reasoning
Not just a verdict. A full breakdown: risks ranked by severity, follow-up questions, and an implementation plan when you're ready to move.
Iterate until you're confident
Answer questions, refine your idea, chat with individual experts. Each run gets smarter as context accumulates. Every decision is documented and traceable.
Features
Built for decisions that matter.
Domain-aware experts
The same CTO thinks differently about fintech than about gaming. Personas adapt to your industry and context automatically.
Real data via integrations
Experts can pull live data from external APIs before forming their conclusions. Not just model knowledge — actual numbers from your world.
Full iteration history
Every run is snapshotted. See exactly what changed between iterations and why the verdict shifted. Full audit trail.
Export to Jira, Notion, PDF
When your idea reaches Go, generate an implementation plan and push it directly to your tools.

Arrive at stakeholder reviews with reasoning, not just intuition. Save weeks of alignment meetings.

FAQ
Common questions.
Is this just another GPT wrapper?
No. TOFO runs a structured multi-agent simulation: each expert has a distinct role, domain knowledge, and mandate to disagree with others. The output is a verdict with reasoning — not a generic summary. The debate between agents is the product.
How is my data protected?
Your ideas and documents are used solely to run your simulation. We don't use them to train models, share them with third parties, or store them beyond what's needed to deliver your report. Full details will be in our Privacy Policy at launch.
When will it be available publicly?
We're in closed beta with a limited number of users. Join the waitlist and you'll get early access as we expand. We're currently onboarding solo founders and product teams.
What industries does it work for?
Any domain where you make product or business decisions: SaaS, fintech, consumer apps, developer tools, B2B services. The expert team is generated to match your specific context — not a generic set.
